2.2 用户可以通过上传照片和文字信息，创建专属的数字形象。
2.3 我们致力于为用户提供安全、稳定、高质量的服务体验。
3.1 用户应当遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规。
3.2 用户不得利用本服务从事违法违规活动。
3.3 用户应当尊重他人的合法权益，不得侵犯他人隐私。
4.1 本服务中的所有内容的知识产权归思念宝所有。
4.2 用户上传的内容，用户保留相关权利。
5.1 因不可抗力导致的服务中断，我们不承担责任。
5.2 我们对用户使用本服务产生的任何间接损失不承担责任。
6.1 我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。
6.2 修改后的协议将在应用内及官网公布，继续使用服务即表示接受修改后的协议。
